Bioguard -Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) Ag

290.00 د.إ

Description

Bioguard Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) Ag Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay, developed and manu- factured by Bioguard Corporation, for rapid and qualitative detec- tion of Canine Distemper Virus in dog’s ocular and nasal discharge. The test device has a testing window, coated by an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample well on the device, the reagent will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough CDV Ag in the sample, a visible T band will appear. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of CDV Ag in the specimen.

Unscrew the cap of provided assay buffer tube. Insert and mix the specimen swab into the tube. Agitate it to assure the speci- men has been well dissolved into the buffer.

Gradually drip 4 drops (100μL) of specimen extraction into the sample well with the applied disposable dropper (ward off the sediment in case of obstruction).

Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. The result after 10 minutes is not allowed to be read.
